The booking process

Step 1:  If you are attending your first session please complete a Get Up and Go registration form above.

Step 2: Scroll through the activities (below), please read all the information before booking. Sometimes you will need to scroll along the calendar to see the next dates for the activity.
 
Step 3:  Book an activity! You will receive an immediate booking confirmation from Wix.
