Come along to Get up And Go Inclusive multi sports club at Havant Leisure centre. These sessions are suitable for adults with learning disabilities. At this session there is a variety of fun activities on offer, you choose what you would like to do and can stop or start whenever you like within the hour session. First session you attend is FREE and then just £3.00 a week (paid on reception on way in) Some activities could include: - Cricket - Table Tennis - New Age Kurling (non Ice Kurling!) -Badminton -Archery -Darts - Finally, there is a break out area for carers / partners / participants to chill and have a hot or cold drink These friendly and informal sessions are run in partnership with Activ8 Minds and Horizon Leisure.
