Other Services

At Get up and Go, our aim is simple; to support healthy lifestyles through physical activity. There are many options available to you across Havant and East Hampshire to make this possible, beyond those offered on our bookings page.  This is a page dedicated to signposting you to other services or activities available which may be of interest to you, including classes and sessions, mental health services and more.

If you have a service you would like to be featured on this page, please get in touch with us!
