This introduces you to easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on your balance, range of motion and coordination. The benefits to Zumba gold is cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance. This class is being delivered by experienced instructor Louise from Knetic fitness.
