We also have alternative classes with space at Leigh Park Baptist church on Fridays (see other listing). We are also hoping to start another chair based class in 2025! A gentle, rejuvenating chair-based yoga session for beginners and those less mobile to work on improving strength, flexibility and mobility. The perfect introduction to yoga or exercise, to take care of the body and mind. No equipment is needed, but we recommend you bring a drink of water along. Once COVID restrictions have lifted, we will be able to have refreshments with your classmates afterwards, but this is currently not available. Your first class is FREE to try out, and then either £7 each if you make a block booking of 6 weeks, or £8 each pay as you go. Payment is to be made directly to your instructor (we will provide bank details in our welcome letter upon booking your first class). You just need to book your first class below on our website, and then block and ongoing bookings can be communicated directly with your instructor. The Address for the Centre is: Horizon Wellbeing Hub, Unit 4, Meridian Shopping centre, Elm lane, Havant. PO9 1UN There are two main car parks, the first being attached to the Meridian centre (entrance located on Elm Lane), the second is in Bulbeck Road (located approx 200 yards away from the centre itself).
