Meeting at The Spring Arts and Heritage Centre, 56 East Street, PO9 1BS at 10:30am. 1st Tuesday of the month Terrain is flat paved, gravel, footpaths. 1 hour walk covering 2-3 miles at a gentle to moderate pace. Friendly and social walk making use of paths and quiet roads, between The Spring and the foreshore at Langstone. All welcome and dementia friendly.
