Service Description

These sessions are the perfect way to wind down after a demanding day/ week, to connect with your inner well of calm and good feelings. The SOMA Breath Energised Meditation Routine is a 1-hour long session designed to release tension from your body, boost your mood, and be a super-effective breathwork meditation. Your first session is FREE then £5 a week paid at the session or a link can be sent for paying online. About Jamie Jamie is a certified SOMA Breath Coach and meditation teacher who is passionate about helping people heal, love and accept themselves, breaking free of the struggles that can weigh you down in your day to day life. The Energised Meditation helps people slow down their breathing to less than 10 breaths per minute, and encourages people to breathe through their nose more. It is designed to help participants become very efficient at using oxygen, and to build a tolerance to carbon dioxide.
