Guided Flora and Fauna walks of Staunton
The 3rd Tuesday of each month - this walk covers the Staunton Farm and Country Park!
Service Description
⏰ALL walks will meet at the Coach House at Staunton Country park in readiness for a 1015am start. These walks are delivered at the Staunton Country Park and/or Farm on the third Tuesday every month. This walk changes content throughout the year due to the change in seasons. Graham and Michelle will take you round, content covered will include; history, wildlife and plant life of both sites. Please see below the list of specific dates for each walk: Tuesday 17th March - Staunton Farm and the Country Park lake. Tuesday 21st April - Staunton Park and reservoir. Tuesday 19th May - Staunton Farm and the Country Park lake. Tuesday 16th June - Staunton Park and reservoir. Tuesday 21st July - Staunton Farm and the Country Park lake. Tuesday 18th August - Staunton Park and reservoir. Tuesday 15th September - Staunton Farm and the Country Park lake. Tuesday 20th October - Staunton Park and reservoir. Tuesday 17th November - Staunton Farm and the Country Park lake. Please note that this walk changes each month. Graham and Michele will either cover the Staunton Country Park and reservoir or the Staunton Farm walled garden and greenhouse and part of the lake at the Country Park. Please see below for dates of this. 📆Third Tuesday of every month - Beginning 17th March ⏰10am (1.5hrs walk) 💰FREE - Paid parking available October to March: Up to 1 hour: £2 Up to 2 hours: £3.50 – £4 Up to 4 hours: £4.50 – £5.50 Full day: £5 – £7 April to September: Up to 1 hour: £2.50 Up to 2 hours: £4.50 – £5 Up to 4 hours: £6 – £8 Full day: £7 – £9.50 📍Meet at the Coach House in Staunton Country Park, Petersfield Rd, Havant PO9 5HD 🧑🧑🧒🧒You can book for just yourself, or you can add other people to your booking by selecting number of spaces you require. The visitor centre is at the country park side of the road, not the farm side. Parking charges apply when visiting the country park. You can use either of the car parks but the main car park at Petersfield Road (PO9 5HD) is closest to the visitor centre. There are residential roads around West leigh areas you can park in and walk over to avoid charges, if you need to.
