Join Recapture Life CIC and discover the joy of circle dancing! Drawing on traditions from cultures from around the world, circle dancing uses uplifting music and simple movements to get you moving, smiling and connecting with others. Open to complete beginners, and those with experience, sessions are relaxed, inclusive and full of fun! Movements can be done seated or standing, making the course accessible to all. Come along to enjoy music, gentle movement, and social connection in a friendly, supportive environment. Sessions are £10 for a block of 6, or £3 per week. Carers and partners also welcome Booking essential.
