Thursday evening winter circuits

Service Description

During the darker months, our outdoor fitness session with Nikki has moved indoors at Anders Hall (part of Growing Places) situated across the field from the outdoor gym. Nikki will bring equipment along to create a circuits class in the hall. Outdoor sessions will resume in May. This is a weekly Thursday night (6:30pm) beginner outdoor circuits class for just £3 a week. Numbers are limited to 20 for the indoor sessions. Please booked each week you are attending to avoid disappointment. Circuits is a great way of exercising as it involves using a variety of different equipment to create a range of workouts, you can go at your own pace and meet new people. The sessions will be covered by Jan when Nikki is unable to attend. The cost of the class is just £3 a week, cash or by bank transfer on the day of the session. If you would like to sign up, you will need to complete a GUAG registration form to take part.
