📆Thursdays ⏰10-10:45 am (specifically for ages 18-30 years. 📍Havant Wellbeing hub, The Meridian Shopping Centre, Elm Ln, Havant PO9 1UN 🅿️Paid parking is available on site. 🚎Venue is accessible via public transport - for support with bus routes and times please do let us know. 💰£25 per month (to be paid via bank transfer, details will be sent to you after booking) The Abstract SEN Dance and Performing Arts sessions provide a warm, inclusive, and inspiring environment where adults with special educational needs can explore movement, creativity and performance in their own unique way. Each session blends accessible dance routines with expressive movement, music, drama-based activities, and simple performance techniques that allow participants to build confidence and express themselves freely. This class is designed to be fully adaptable, offering clear instructions, visual demonstrations, and a calm, sensory-friendly atmosphere so everyone can take part comfortably and at their own pace. Through group work, rhythm activities, prop-based movement, and creative storytelling, participants develop coordination, communication, and social skills while having fun and connecting with others. Their goal is to celebrate individuality, encourage self-belief, and create a joyful, safe space where everyone can experience the freedom and enjoyment of dance and the performing arts.
