📆Thursday 19th June ⏰10am 📍Northney Marina, Hayling Island 💯For anyone aged 16+ 💰£25 (Please only take a space if you can make all / most of the sessions). A 6-week course to introduce you to Coastal Rowing! You'll be able to learn all about the techniques and equipment used, see our coastline from a different perspective, row out and spot seals and other wildlife, be active and have fun with likeminded people! Each week has a different focus to develop different aspects of your rowing skills. Please note spaces will be given to those who have not taken part in one of our Coastal rowing courses before. The course is delivered by the Coastal rowing academy, who have a wealth of experience and are committed to bringing you a safe and enjoyable activity throughout! The course is run at Northney Marina, Hayling Island. There is free parking, changing and toilet facilities, and a lovely coffee shop to warm up after your row! The 6 week course is £25, with payment in cash (or BACS*) at the first session. Get Up and Go will provide these details upon booking.*
