Circle dancing for Dementia taster

Come along to Leigh Park Community centre at 11am on Thursday 5th March for this FREE session for people with Dementia and their carers If you enjoy this session, you are able to continue with a 6 week course for just £10 per person! (see other listing) Join Recapture Life CIC and discover the joy of circle dancing! Drawing on traditions from cultures from around the world, circle dancing uses uplifting music and simple movements to get you moving, smiling and connecting with others. Open to complete beginners, and those with experience, sessions are relaxed, inclusive and full of fun! Movements can be done seated or standing, making the activity accessible to all. Come along to enjoy music, gentle movement, and social connection in a friendly, supportive environment.
