Circle dancing for Dementia course

Following on from our FREE taster (see other listing), Recapture Life offers you a 6 week course for just £10 per person! Please note, you can also pay £3 pay as you go if preferred. Join Recapture Life CIC and discover the joy of circle dancing! Drawing on traditions from cultures from around the world, circle dancing uses uplifting music and simple movements to get you moving, smiling and connecting with others. Open to complete beginners, and those with experience, sessions are relaxed, inclusive and full of fun! Movements can be done seated or standing, making the course accessible to all. Come along to enjoy music, gentle movement, and social connection in a friendly, supportive environment. Booking essential. Payment is made in person at the course.
