Beginners Line Dancing at the Plaza!

We are so excited to be bringing Line dancing to Havant. Beginners line dancing teaches you the fundamental steps of line dancing at a slow, accessible pace. Please note that this FREE taster session is intended for anyone that has not line danced before! Spaces are limited, book yours now to avoid disappointment. Infogetupandgo@havant.gov.uk Expect great music, lots of laughs, a friendly atmosphere, and easy-to-follow dances designed for complete beginners. No experience needed – just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to have fun! Please note that Get up and go activities are specifically for anyone that lives in Havant Borough. This is a FREE taster session funded by the Get up and go project. If successful this will become a weekly session beginning in September 2026. Studies show line dancing provides excellent cardiovascular exercise and is highly beneficial for cognitive function and mental well-being. Parking🅿️ There are two public car parks close to the Havant Plaza. Directly opposite the Plaza is the Civic centre road east, car park or to the left of the building is the Civic centre road North car park. 1 hour - £0.80p 2 hours - £1.20 Payment can be made via cash, card or phone. The session will take place in the Hurstwood room. Please note that you will need to access these rooms via the main reception.
