Get Up and Go Coffee Morning/Afternoon

Are you over 55 and feeling inactive?

Maybe you want to make a change but are unsure how? Perhaps you feel your life already keeps you active enough? Or you just feel physical activity isn’t for you?

The Get up and Go coffee morning or afternoon is your chance to have your say and find out more from Havant Borough Council and our partners about the Get up and Go programme.  Tell us what stops you from getting outside and active? Discuss what motivates you and what may discourage you from taking part? Come along and tell providers of outdoor activity across Havant Borough what you think. There are no right or wrong answers and everybody’s views will be respected.

The Get up and Go coffee mornings or afternoons will take place regularly and be your opportunity to find out more about different activities that are taking place locally, meet the providers, ask questions and meet other like minded people who are in a similar position to you. A great chance to meet people and chat informally over refreshments and even book in to try something new!
