A chair-based yoga class with Joanne Standen (‘Jo The Yoga Teacher’): Perfect for beginners or those less mobile; a lovely gentle yoga class to maintain and improve flexibility, strength and wellbeing.
Tips:
- Wear comfortable clothes
- Use a high-backed, solid chair where your feet will be on the ground (such as a dining chair) if possible, however a sofa or armchair is also fine
- Have water with you
- No other equipment is needed!
