Service Description
Ever fancied trying bowls? Come and try your hand at Lawn Bowling on the all weather surface at the welcoming and well established Bedhampton Bowls Club. The club can facilitate the requirements of all bowlers- from complete beginners to those more experienced- and provide friendly and informal coaching in a fun and supportive environment. This club even has an adapted wheelchair for use on the green if required. The first session is a taster and is FREE, the remainder of the course starts the week after and cost £10 (£2 a week) payable on the second week. There is nothing to bring other than clean, flat shoes to wear on the green, comfortable clothes, and the will to play! All equipment is provided, as well as tasty refreshments. After this you will have the opportunity to become a member of the Club, but there is no pressure at all. The membership is very reasonably priced and gives you access to a year's worth of Bowling as well as opportunities to take part in competitions and tournaments as well as a host of other benefits.
