If you've always wanted to try out boxing, you've come to the right place! This Get up and go non - contact course is suitable for complete beginners - no prior experience is necessary and all fitness levels are welcome. The course cost is £10 (for the 6 week course!) The female only course will be run by experienced coach Zoe, of Bessey’s Gym, Leigh Park, using their amazing facility based within Leigh Park Community centre. There will be no other people using the gym whilst this course is running. Zoe will will take you step by step through the fundamentals, in a small group with others who are in the exact same place as you. Boxing has many benefits as outlined below: Key benefits of boxing: - Strength - You will notice significant development the more you train as the exercises become easier and your movement becomes sharper. - Fitness - Boxing is known to be one of the best exercises for getting, and keeping fit.
