Sliding seat course timings vary weekly

Fancied a go at sliding seat rowing (sculling) before but not had the chance? Coastal Rowing academy are hosting a 6 week course for beginners from Langstone harbour. You'll have an intro into the techniques and equipment used and have a go at rowing on our beautiful coastline! Sliding seat rowing (Sculling) session is best for people who have tried rowing before and are quite active. *Please note that this activity is tidal, the timings are all estimated and will be confirmed nearer the time. The first session is around 2pm on 6th April but following week timings will be shared on the first session. Instructors will also communicate any changes via whatsapp. Numbers limited to 6 so book early to avoid disappointment! (Please only take a space if you can make all / most of the sessions). The course is £25 for the 6 weeks to be paid via BACS before the first week or cash at the first session. Get Up and Go will provide these details upon booking.*
