Sculling (sliding seat) course

Fancied a go at sliding seat rowing (sculling) before but not had the chance? Coastal Rowing academy are hosting a 6 week course for beginners from Langstone harbour. This is our first GUAG sliding seat course, and numbers are limited to 6 so book early to avoid disappointment! Please note spaces will be given to those who have not taken part in one of our Coastal rowing courses before. Sliding seat rowing (Sculling) session is best for people who have tried rowing before and are quite active. The course will take place on Sundays, around 10am. Due to the activity being tidal, times will change each week of the 6-week course. 6th July 8am 13th July - no session 20th July 8am 27th July 2pm 3rd August 8am 10th August 1pm 17th August - 8am You'll have an intro into the techniques and equipment used and have a go at rowing on our beautiful coastline! The course is delivered by Langstone Adventure Rowing, who have a wealth of experience and are committed to bringing you a safe and enjoyable activity throughout!
