Service Description
Saturday afternoon (1pm) course starting on 24th June. Qualified instructor Carl Larkin will guide you through a 6 week course to take you from a beginner to getting your 'Nordic Walking Certificate' which will allow you to book on to group walks all over the UK. All equipment will be provided for each session so no need to be concerned - just come along suitable clothes and foot wear (trainers are best - please no walking boots) ! Each week we will add speed and distance to the previous week resulting in being ready to join a scheduled NordWalks activity. The first session is FREE and then the 5 week course is £10 per person The lovely cafe will be open for people wanting to get refreshments before or after the course
