Service Description
Come along to Get up And Go inclusive multi sports club at Havant Leisure centre. These sessions are suitable for players of all ages and abilities, including those with Dementia and their carers. First session you attend is FREE and then just £2.20 a week (paid on reception on way in) These activities will run every week - Coached cricket session (half the hall) - Table Tennis - New Age Kurling (non ice Kurling!) - Finally, there is a break out area for carers / partners / participants to chill and have a hot or cold drink These friendly and informal sessions are run in partnership with Activ8 Minds and Horizon Leisure.
