Learn from experienced and friendly Martial arts teachers from Clanfield UMA By attending this lunchtime course you will learn how to keep yourself safe, what to do in a dangerous situation, how to physically defend yourself and how to get out of holds and much more! 📍Havant Plaza 🕔Mondays 12pm - 1pm 📆Monday 6th - Monday 20th January (3 weeks) 💸£10 for 3 weeks - this must be paid in cash at the first session Staff attending can use their weekly 30 minutes back on the flexi sheet for attending this activity!
