Ever wanted to go for a dip in the sea but are a bit apprehensive or have never had the opportunity? Then why not give it a go? It really does make you feel GRRREAT!!!! One hour sessions covering - Sea swim safety, pre- and post-swim advice, a dip/swim. - Lead by a fully qualified and insured open water coach. - All abilities welcome from paddlers to swimmers. - Get some fresh air and feel great afterwards. - Gain confidence in the water and other areas of your life. - Meet lovely people from all walks of life. What’s not to like! The 6 week course costs £15 and this is to be paid within the first session. There are only 6 spaces available on each course and we expect this to be a popular activity.
