We are doing 1 course for non / less confident swimmers who just want to be in the water. This course is for those who want to gain vital practical knowledge to safely swim/dip in the sea and experience the joys of being in the open water We will cover:- • Pre swim risk assessment including tides, currents, wind, waves and weather • How to enter and exit the water safely in different conditions • Breathing techniques • Kit and equipment • Safe rewarming The 5 week course costs £15 and this is to be paid within the first session. There are only 6 spaces available on this course and we expect this to be a popular activity. Once you have booked on you will receive an email from Wix.
