4 week coastal Rowing Course

Service Description

This 4-week course will give you a taster of rowing in several different coastal boats, while enjoying the lovely Chichester harbour waters enclosed by an area of outstanding natural beauty and the varied wildlife, including Harbour and Atlantic Seals. This course will give you a chance to make new friends, get active, learn a new skill, not to mention enjoying the great outdoors- the fresh sea air will do you the world of good! There is also a nice café on site where you can go to refresh after your row! Please note that all Get Up and Go activities are for adults with mild to moderate mental / physical health conditions. If you are unsure of your eligibility please get in touch. Course starts Wednesday 12th April 4 weeks (last session 3rd May) 6:00pm - 8:00pm We also have a Thursday course (see other listing) More courses will be coming in the summer.
